Red Eagle Consulting Group was begun in early 2007, with a dual purpose; as a means to help provide much needed cash flow for its sponsored organization, Lovingkindness Ministries, Inc. (a Philippines registered non-profit organization), and to fill a niche market for consulting and logistical services for American and other expatriates in the Philippines.
