Estate Planning
Estate Planning involves advance planning for an orderly transfer of when the time comes (as it will for all of us) for you to leave this world for the next. Without planning, even with small estates, it is often a nightmare. With larger estates, multiple or blended families, and relatively common "Expat" situations, it can be much more complex. While our primary expertise is with U.S. laws, we are also acquainted with the laws of the Philippines, and will acquaint ourselves, as needed, with relevant laws of other nations, bringing in local expertise to assist as required. Estate Planning is not a situation where every dollar invested saves 2 or 3, or even 5 or 10, but where every dollar invested can save thousands of dollars and countless hours of stress and heartache for those left behind.
